Files (fixed-width text, sorted, one range start per line):
- pp-ipcheck-v4-2026-10-02.txt: IPv4 start (8 hex) | ASN (10 digits) | country (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2, "--" unknown) | flags (1 hex: 1 datacenter list, 2 VPN list, 4 Tor exit, 8 iCloud Private Relay) + cloud code (A AWS, G Google Cloud, M Azure, O Oracle, D DigitalOcean, L Akamai/Linode, C Cloudflare, - none). A range runs until the next line's start.
- pp-ipcheck-v6-2026-10-02.txt: same, keyed on the first 64 bits of the IPv6 address (16 hex).
- pp-ipcheck-asn-2026-10-02.txt: ASN | class (1 datacenter ASN, 2 VPN ASN) | AS registry country | AS name.
