What to email us about
- Corrections. If a price, promo code, trial term or data point is wrong, send the page URL and what you saw (a screenshot or the provider’s own URL helps). Confirmed fixes are logged in the changelog.
- Press & data requests. Journalists and researchers can ask for the raw data behind any study, clarification of a method, or a quote. Most studies already include a CSV download and a methodology section.
- Providers. If your pricing changed, tell us and we will re-check it against your public pricing page. We do not accept payment to change a number, grade or ranking.
