The verified market median entry rate is $3.50/GB. The spread between the cheapest and dearest entry rate in this table is roughly 9× for what is functionally the same commodity — which is the entire reason this site exists.
How to read these profiles
Best published rate is the lowest number on the provider’s own rate card, usually requiring significant volume. Entry rate is what you pay on the smallest plan — the number that actually applies when you start. Where a headline rate is a “from” or promotional figure whose conditions are unpublished, the profile says so rather than presenting it as a price you can buy at.
We publish no success-rate or speed benchmarks yet. Any site quoting precise per-provider success percentages across this whole market is either running a real testing lab or inventing numbers. Ours is on the methodology roadmap.

FAQ
How many proxy providers do you track?
14 proxy providers plus 5 scraping APIs, with 41 individually verified rate records as of 2026-10-02. Providers whose pricing we cannot read from their own site are listed with that gap stated.
Which proxy provider is cheapest?
On flat, unconditional published rates, DataImpulse at $1.00/GB. ProxyEmpire advertises $0.75/GB but as a starting rate with unpublished conditions.
Why is NetNut excluded?
The FBI seized NetNut-associated domains on 2 July 2026 in an action coordinated with Google, whose threat-intelligence team describes NetNut as a residential proxy network also known as Popa. Parent company Alarum said it was cooperating with law enforcement and on 4 July announced a temporary pause of the affected network services. As of 2 October 2026 netnut.io still shows the seizure notice and we found no public announcement of charges. We do not rank or recommend it, and its profile page carries the sources.
